The requirement mainly determines the design and construction of the tool. Maintenance of the often complex shaped tool is carried out by competent employees who store them in special, protected,premises. In this manner we also provide short term availability.
We are also competent in the manufacturing of components and assemblies made of thermosetting plastic. The material is distinguished by special characteristics such as high temperature stability and high voltage rating. Furthermore, thermoset is characterised by extreme stability. We manufacture your part via injection process.
We assemble with professionals simple and complex assemblies for various sectors and industries. The process is carried out directly.as a downstream process on the machine or in our own assembly department. Here again optional finish- processing, if needed, is performed.
The entire business process is integrated in a continually evolving quality management system which has been certified over the years under DIN EN ISO 9001:2008. Delivering high quality plastic products according to agreed specifications and deadlines is a matter of course for us.
The packaging and shipping of the products are reliable and punctual. Corresponding requirements are taken into account and strictly implemented by our colleagues. The latter also means precision for us.
